you want a show you can publish. here’s every step we take to it, and what each one costs.
Four ways to work with the room, plus à la carte add-ons. Prices are per episode or per series — no retainers you can’t cancel, no mystery line items at the end of the month.
01 how we price
one rate for the cut, nothing bolted on after
Every package below is a flat price for a finished episode up to 60 minutes: cleanup, edit, mix, master, and the deliverables listed. You know the number before we start, and it doesn’t move unless the scope does.
Longer runtimes, three-plus guests, and rush delivery are quoted up front — they’re the only reasons a price changes. Send one raw file and we’ll cut a sample before you commit to a series.

the questions people ask on the first call
Short answers to what usually decides it. If yours isn’t here, call the studio.
what do you need from me to start?
Raw audio — one file per speaker where you have it, or a single mixed recording if you don’t. Plus your episode title, any music you want used, and the folder naming you’d like. That’s enough to cut the first episode.
how long until an episode comes back?
Three to five business days from a clean upload for single episodes. Series retainers hold a fixed slot, so your cadence stays predictable. Rush delivery inside 48 hours is available for 25% more.
can i hear the work before committing to a series?
Yes. Send one raw file and we’ll cut a short sample from your own audio so you’re judging the room on your show, not a demo reel. No obligation to book the series after.
what if my remote guest sounds rough?
Most of it is fixable. Guest Audio Rescue (from $65) handles room echo, clipping and level drift. We’ll tell you honestly before we start if a recording is past saving rather than charge you to chase it.
how are revisions handled?
One round of notes is included in every package — edits to pacing, music placement, or a section you want trimmed further. Larger structural recuts are quoted, so the base price stays the base price.
do i have to record at your studio?
No. Most of our clients record remotely and upload. The room at Atchison Way is available by appointment if you’d rather track in person — just mention it when you book the call.
